Terms & Conditions – 2027 Premium Pre-Sale Reservation

1. Overview
   This purchase is a Premium Pre-Sale Reservation for a proposed 2027 concert tour. It is not a confirmed ticket to a specific event date, venue, or performance. By completing your purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Reservation Model & City Selection
   At checkout, you will select one proposed city. The final 2027 tour schedule has not been confirmed. Cities will be selected based on overall reservation demand across all listed cities.

If your selected city is included in the final tour schedule, your reservation will automatically convert into a confirmed ticket for that city, and your seat will be assigned according to your purchased tier.

If your selected city is not included in the final tour schedule, your reservation will be automatically canceled and a 100% refund will be issued to your original payment method. No action is required.

1. Ticket Type & Seating
   All tickets are reserved seating and not general admission. Seats are assigned by the organizer; customers do not select seats.

Platinum ($799): Best available seats assigned first
Gold ($499): Premium seats assigned after Platinum
Silver ($399): Remaining reserved seats assigned after Platinum and Gold

Seat location within each tier may vary depending on venue layout.

1. Pricing & Payment
   All prices are in USD. Payment is collected at the time of reservation.

2. Refund Policy
   If your selected city is not included in the final tour schedule, your reservation will be automatically refunded in full to your original payment method. No action is required. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days). Stripe/Wix processing fees (if applicable) are not refundable.

3. Subscriber-Only Access
   This pre-sale is available exclusively to email subscribers. All links, codes, and offer details are confidential and intended only for recipients. Unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in cancellation of reservations and removal from future pre-sale access.

4. Changes & Availability
   We reserve the right to modify cities, venues, or tour structure based on demand, logistics, and availability. All final decisions regarding tour scheduling are made by the organizer.

5. Agreement
   By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand this is a pre-sale reservation, not a confirmed ticket, that your selected city may or may not be included, and that you agree to all terms including the automatic refund policy.
